Fees and Credit Policy

Charges for office visits are due at the time of appointment, as are insurance co-payments. You may pay with check, cash, credit and debit cards. As a convenience to you, our office will submit charges for services to your insurance provider, but we consider you primarily responsible for any charges not paid by insurance. The service provided by our physician is a contractual agreement between patient and doctor.

Patients are billed monthly. We use computer billing and are aware that occasional problems do occur with charges. If there is an error or question on your account, please call (336) 538-2014 and we will be happy to resolve the issue. Feel free to discuss fees with us, and let us know if you are having unusual financial problems.

Laboratory tests are billed to you directly, from either the hospital or Labcorp, and are payable to them, not our office. Hospital charges are separate from our doctor's fees.
